62. Go Ballistic!
One of things I get asked… wait, let me restart; the thing that I absolutely get asked about the most on JustTulsa.com is, “What are some fun things to do with kids in Tulsa?”
The funnest thing I’ve found to do for kids around town is to take them by Go Ballistic, just south of the 61st and Sheridan intersection. We held several birthday parties for the youngsters in our family and they have an absolute blast every time. This is definitely the place to have a kid’s birthday party at!
Now — I’m slightly biased about Go Ballistic; they have a sweet virtual reality setup for the adults (at least that’s how I rationalize spending my time there!
63. LaFortune Park
The only Tulsa County park in Tulsa city limits, this 270-acre park has facilities for golf (both a full-size course and a par 3 course), baseball, tennis, a 5k trail, pool, playgrounds, picnic tables, shelters, fishing and a community center.
For obvious reasons, it’s one of the most popular parks in Tulsa for joggers.
64. The Farm Shopping Center
Home to more than 40 shops and restaurants, The Farm is a staple of Tulsa shopping. As a matter of fact, what makes The Farm so unique to us is the fact that many of the businesses that call The Farm home are exclusive to that shopping center. Enjoy stores like IO Metro, Black Sheep Boutique, and Backwoods, then dine at The Farm’s tasty restaurants like the aforementioned Margaret’s German Restaurant, Mamasota’s, or Villa Ravenna.
65. White Lion Pub
As authentic English pub and restaurant, the traditional English fare is to be expected, but to go so far as to ship over their furniture from old pubs in England? That’s authentic.
The White Lion sits in an old tudor-style house off of 71st and Yale, and serves classics such as meat pies and English-style bread pudding.
