22. Warren Theatres in Broken Arrow
Does the sound of leaning back in a recliner while watching the newest cinematic releases pique your interest? How about being served dinner and drinks while watching a movie? Warren Theatres brilliantly built their own market around the concept of what I’m going to call “luxury cinema” — I don’t know anyone that has said that they felt like they overpaid by a penny for this experience.
23. Utica Square
Tulsa’s long-established headquarters for upscale and luxury shopping, Utica Square features nearly 50 unique shopping opportunities, 10 word-class restaurants, and a slough of other businesses. They’re also home to numerous art and music events like Spring in the Square, Summer’s Fifth Night, and Art in the Square.
24. Elmer’s BBQ
Open Tuesday through Saturday, Elmer’s has definitely lived up to its slogan “It Be Bad!” A little more hungry that usual? Go for “The Badwich”!
25. NYC Pizza
Quietly situated near 47th and Harvard, just north of I-44, this authentic pizzeria blows everything else in town out of the water. There’s just no comparison. Take my word on it — thank me later.
26. Napa Flats Wood-Fired Kitchen
When a restaurant makes a claim, like their interest in making “cuisine inspired by California flavors with an Italian flair, made from scratch and then prepared in an open kitchen over a wood–fired grill,” you’d better take their intentions seriously. We’re talking about some seriously delicious food here and really close to the Oklahoma Aquarium, too (just across the river.)
