66. Texas De Brazil
Ever been to a Brazilian Steakhouse? If so, you can probably understand why Tulsans are foaming at the mouth in anticipation of this one opening up. With more than 40 locations, this popular franchise has made its mark from Denver to Dubai.
Update: This place is open! We’ve got it on our list of restuarants to visit in the very near future and we’re excited about it!
67. The Blue Whale
Short of the Golden Driller, few landmarks in the Tulsa area are as iconic as The Blue Whale. Known as one of Route 66’s premier attractions, The Blue Whale was built in the 1970s, but more recently restored and open as a historic landmark.
68. Broken Arrow’s Rose District
The heart of Broken Arrow’s arts and entertainment district, the Rose District is going through a phase of massive development. With new shops and restaurants opening monthly, it is certainly a part of the metro to keep an eye on. Check out their Facebook page (by clicking the heading above) for upcoming events.
69. Tulsa’s Brookside District
Commonly known as one of Tulsa’s longer-running nightlife districts, Brookside is also home to numerous boutiques, incomparable restaurants, and coffee shops. Try out Brookside in the afternoon to see a completely different side of this fun little district.
70. FlyingTee
FlyingTee is arguably Tulsa’s most innovative entertainment venue. Combining a three-story driving range (that is actually so much more than that; read more about it here), multiple restaurants and bars, and live entertainment, this place is no joke when it comes down to fun things to do around Tulsa.
You can catch me here easily once a month.
